Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces. Eligible returns receive a full refund, with no restocking fee.

Chamak pays return shipping for U.S. orders. To arrange a return or exchange, contact Chamak with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label to download and print.

Refunds are issued within 3–5 days after we receive your returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
